Returns are accepted on all non-personalized books. Returns must be confirmed in advanced by contacting us at email@example.com and letting us know why you wish to return the book. Books must be returned in the condition they were sent out, unless the return is being doing due to a verifiable printing flaw or shipping damage.
For books with a name or personal message beyond the author’s signature and/or artist stamp, returns can only be accepted on books with verifiable printing flaws, shipping damage, or a flaw in the personalization. This is necessary as such books have to be destroyed versus being resellable or even returnable to the printer for replacement.
For obvious reasons, returns are only accepted on the books purchased directly from Zenbi Press. For books purchased through other sites, you’ll need to return it to that retailer per their return policy.
